Counselling Services

I offer a safe, compassionate and confidential space for you to explore life's challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, loss or major life changes, counselling can help you find clarity and confidence again. Together, we will work at your pace to help you understand yourself and move toward meaningful change.

How I Work

As an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavourial Therapy.

This means sessions are completely personalised to you and your needs.

My approach is warm, collaborative and focused on creating a space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions.

Referrals

I'm part of a small network of trusted counsellors and psychotherapists who share similar values and professional standards. If at any point I feel another practitioner might better meet your needs, I'll discuss this openly with you and can offer a peer-supported referral, so you continue receiving the best possible care.

If you're looking for counselling support but are unsure where to start,  you can find trained and accredited therapists through the BACP Therapist Directory.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
What's the Difference?

Both counselling and psychotherapy offer a sfe and confidential space to explore what's happening in your life, but they can differ slightly in focus and depth.

  • Counselling often focuses on specific issues or life situations, such as stress, anxiety, loss or relationship difficulties. It can help you develop insight, coping strategies, and confidence to move forward.

  • Psychotherapy tends to work at a deeper level, exploring patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may have developed over time. It supports longer-term personal growth, self-awareness and healing.

I offer both counselling and psychotherapy, depending on your needs. Together, we'll discuss what approach feels most suitable for you and the goals you want to achieve.
